Step 1: Install & Set Your Timing
Install Zone A Reviews from the Shopify App Store, choose how long after fulfillment the review request should be sent, and adjust the email template to match your brand. If you are moving from another review app, import your existing reviews first.

Step 2: Customers Review
Each fulfilled order triggers a request email in the customer's language. Customers rate the product, write their review and, on Growth and Pro, attach photos or videos. If you enable rewards, they receive a discount code as a thank-you.
